First we focus on the main goal of the app, website or game, then we create a result-oriented test plan. We determine the test goal and which insights we want to gain. Then we determine which users should be the focus of the usability testing and which testing method fits best.

Then we determine which users should be the focus of the usability testing and which testing method is most appropriate. We discuss the content of the advisory report and create a schedule to execute the Quick Scan or the comprehensive test plan.

We select testers from the target audience
Most solutions appeal to multiple audiences. Together we look at which target group(s) are most valuable for this user test.
We look for testers who match the solution's target audience as closely as possible. If the solution is already being used, we can make a call to the active users.
We proactively support in assembling a representative group of testers, we do this in an appropriate way that suits your project and situation.

An accessible and comprehensive advisory report
Once all tests are completed, we will analyze the insights and turn them into an accessible advisory report. Within the advisory report, we share a summary of the observations and our recommendations for improvements, optimizations and enrichments that contribute to the set goals. With the substantiated advice, we provide guidance and certainty for the continued development of the solution.
A convincing presentation of results
As an (optional) addition to the advisory report, we can provide an accessible summary of the findings from the user test. The form can be determined together: think of a convincing presentation, or a short film that highlights the most important findings. This way you have a nice summary for potential investors, stakeholders or decision makers.
