Even in the digital world - from an app to a website - we want to serve every target group as well as possible. Especially with a broad target group, digital accessibility and inclusiveness are of great importance. A digitally accessible solution can be used well by everyone, including users with visual and/or physical disabilities such as (color) blindness, low literacy, deafness or low vision.

We identify the needs for digitally accessible

First, we determine which WCAG requirement level your solution should meet. Government agencies are bound by "WCAG 2.1, level A + AA," as are semi-public agencies, such as hospitals, banks, housing associations and telecom companies.

We offer accessible insight into the different levels and share a recommendation for a connecting level. For this, we look at your target audience, stakeholders and type of organization, among other things.

We analyze the digital solution

We perform a quick scan on the current solution, from code to design. Based on this analysis, we come up with a reasoned recommendation for changes and optimizations in line with the set level of digital accessibility. This includes looking at colors and contrast, screen size, fonts, navigation and loading speed.

We provide tailored advice

Based on the analysis, we provide customized advice to make your solution more digitally accessible. We clearly indicate which adjustments need to be made to meet the desired level of WCAG.

Furthermore, we advise on additional adaptations and enrichments to provide a further optimal user experience for everyone within the target group, for example with a read-aloud or translation function, or an adapted font for people with dyslexia.

A clear advisory report including budget

We clearly set out our findings, the necessary improvements and the desired adjustments in an advisory report, including a management summary and a budget based on an open calculation. On the basis of the advisory report and the budget, together we can set priorities and make a planning to carry out the desired work.

Once we have prioritized together, we can get to work on the various improvements and adjustments. Of course, in the meantime, the solution simply remains live. Do you work with your own developers or with another development party? Then of course we are also happy to support them.
