BreathBalanz

The BreathBalanz method teaches the user to control the breathing, because a controlled breath brings life back in balans: both physically and mentally. The BreathBalanz method is an 80-day trainingmethod consisting of two breathin exercises per day by a personal coach. Every week, the breathing is measured and registered in the app. 
This way the user can see and feel the progess. The BreathBalanz app also contains a panic button. After pressing the button, the user receives an exercise to calm down the panic.
